Fionnula Flanagan
Fionnula Flanagan (actually Fionnghuala Flanagan, born December 10, 1941 in Dublin) is an Irish film and theater actress.
Biography
Born and raised in Dublin, Flanagan received her theater training both in Dublin and in Switzerland. In 1968 she moved to Los Angeles, where she met the psychiatrist Dr. Garrett O'Connor and married in 1972. O'Connor brought two stepsons in the marriage.
Flanagan is best known for her performance in the 2001 feature film The Others produced alongside Nicole Kidman. Another important role they had in Transamerica 2005.
