First Horizon National Corporation ( FHN ) is a financial company from the United States. The company's headquarters is located in Memphis ( Tennessee).

The company owns the subsidiary First Horizon Bank, First Tennessee Bank and FTN Financial.

Company History

First Horizon began in his early days as the First National Bank of Memphis, going back again in its history to 1864.

In the 90s, the company expanded outside of the U.S. state of Tennessee, in particular to Alabama with the acquisition of Union Planters Bank. April 2004 changed the company name (company) of First Tennessee National Corporation First Horizon National Corporation.
