FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 1982

The 34th Nordic World Ski Championships was held from 19th to February 28th, 1982 at Holmenkollen in Oslo. The Norwegian capital was after 1930, 1952 and 1966 for the fourth time organizer of this event. New to the program was the 3x5 - km relay in nordic combined. For the first time cross-country races were held in freestyle.
