Fiskeboller to German as fish dumplings, are a popular in Norway and widespread fish dish.

The Fiskeboller same large potato dumplings and consist of minced fish fillet or fish meal, potato starch, milk and salt - and depending on the recipe - different spices. The Fiskeboller are also usually packaged as ready meals and canned food in Scandinavia.

Serve these dumplings usually whitish with boiled potatoes and vegetables. Smaller Fiskeboller are also referred to as a soup Boller and serve primarily as a contribution to soups.
