Fjällräven
Fjällräven AB ( Swedish for arctic fox ) is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange OMX Swedish company with total assets (2006) of 743 million SEK, which specializes in outdoor equipment and functional clothing.
The company, based in northern Sweden Örnsköldsvik was founded in 1960 by Åke Nordin and has since developed a strong market position in Scandinavia. The company is a subsidiary of Fenix Outdoor AB, which also includes the brands Hanwag and Primus belong.
Fjällräven is the organizer of the annual trekking competition " Fjällräven Classic".
