FK Shkëndija
The Klubit Futbollistik Shkëndija, macedonian ФК Шкендија, historically also transcribed FK Škendija 79, is a Macedonian football club from the city of Tetovo.
History
The KF Shkëndija was founded in 1979 by Albanians from Tetovo with the intention to offer Albanians from all over Yugoslavia a merger. This was considered by Yugoslav officials with skepticism. The club was eventually banned because it was feared that he would promote nationalist sentiments among the Albanians of Yugoslavia. After the independence of the Republic of Macedonia was declared the KF Shkëndija was reintegrated into the Macedonian football.
After the rise in the Prva Liga 2010 the club won the championship of Macedonia once the season 2010/11.

The Ultras of Shkëndija call themselves " Ballistët " by Balli Kombëtar, an Albanian nationalist organization that was active during the Second World War. Rivalries exist with supporters of the city rivals FK Teteks Tetovo and those of the capital club FK Vardar Skopje.
