Flag of Tajikistan

The flag of Tajikistan was officially launched on 24 November 1992.

Importance

The national flag is equal to the color of her with the flag of Iran and points to the ethnic solidarity of these peoples. History

Used In the Soviet Union, the Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic flag of the Soviet Union with a white and a green horizontal stripes, the national colors. Tajikistan was the last of 15 Soviet republics, adopted this new form of flags of the Soviet Republic on March 20, 1953. Before that had the flags of Soviet republics under the hammer and sickle only the name of the Republic.
