Flag of the Chuvash Republic

The Chuvashia Flag is the official flag of the Republic of Chuvashia. The flag was officially established by law by the Law on April 29, 1994.

Properties

The flag has a 5:8 ratio and consists of two horizontal stripes and a national symbol. The dark red is located at the bottom of the flag and has a length of 1/ 5 of the total amount. The height of the large golden strip is 4 /5 of the total height. In the middle of the flag springs from the dark red " Tree of Life " with three roots and three suns.
