Action

1997 Hong Kong: The Hong Kong police tried for quite some time, the three Vietnamese brothers Archer ( a tyrant ), Tiger ( the fighter ) and Tony ( a cool computer ) to put a stop - but so far without success. The best man the police is the precise and fast Detective Inspector Jun Ma, from the Department OCTB, the Serious Crime Unit, but its brutal methods are not without controversy and bring him between times a dislocation in the police chapel.
