Flint Spirits

The Flint Spirits were an American ice hockey franchise in the International Hockey League from Flint, Michigan. The venue of the Spirits was the IMA Sports Arena.

History

The Flint Spirits were founded in 1985 as a franchise of the International Hockey League. In her first season she was tenth and thus last. Then they finished two times in a row one season on the fourth of nine courses and achieved in the 1987/88 season the most successful of its existence, when they entered into the final of the Turner Cup, in which they in the best- of-seven series the Salt Lake Golden Eagles documents with 2:4 victories.
