Flober Peña
José Peña Flober Pena ( born February 7, 1974) is a Colombian cyclist.
José Flober Peña began his career in 1997. During the 2004 season he won for the first time a stage of the Vuelta a Guatemala. Later, he won three stages in the Tour de la Guadeloupe and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. The next year he was able to repeat the three stage wins and the victory in the overall standings. In 2006 he won then only a stage before coming back in 2007 decided three stages and the overall title for themselves. In 2011, he won the overall title of the Clasica Perla del Fonce.
