Flora is a commune in the Norwegian province of Sogn og Fjordane. It is located west on the coast of the province. To the north it borders Bremanger and on the east by Gloppen and Naustdal. South of Førresfjord is Askvoll. The center of the municipality is the westernmost town of Norway, Floro, which was founded in 1860.

Flora is the most populous municipality in Sogn og Fjordane county.
