Flora Rheta Schreiber

Flora Rheta Schreiber ( born April 24, 1918 in New York City; † November 3, 1988 ibid ) was an American journalist. She became famous with her ​​bestseller Sybil, the report of a person suffering from a multiple personality disorder woman in Europe. The correct name of this patient was announced later; her story was twice (1976 and 2007), filmed in the U.S. for television. Her second book was translated to German by the American serial killer Joseph Kallinger.
