Florian Busch

Florian Busch ( born January 2, 1985 in Tegernsee ) is a German professional ice hockey player who plays for the Polar Bears Berlin in the German Ice Hockey League since 2002.

Career

Florian Busch began his career with the TEV Miesbach at the age of three years. Early on, he moved to the higher-class Star Bulls Rosenheim, for whom he played in the DNL 2000-2002. After a short stint with the young eagles from Mannheim to joining the polar bear Berlin. In the season 2002/ 03 he played mainly for the EHC Klostersee, the mining license partner of polar bears. From the season 2003/ 04 he came almost exclusively for the DEL team of the Berlin used, with whom he won the German championship in 2005 and 2006. In the 2007/2008 season he scored the winning goal in extra time of the fourth Final game against the Cologne Sharks.

Internationally

In the Junior selections of the German Ice Hockey Federation Busch came first at the 2003 U-18 World Cup for use. In the following two years he belonged to the squad of the U -20 team at the World Championships. 2004 he managed it with the team's ascent. In 2006 he made his debut in the senior national team and played for the team of Greg Poss and later Uwe Krupp the Olympic Games in Turin and the Division I championship.

Denied doping test

In March 2008, Bush refused after a game the German national team, a doping control of the National Anti -Doping Agency, NADA, which means according to the statutes, a minimum barrier of one year. In June 2009, Busch has been locked because of refusing doping test by the International Court of Arbitration for Sport for two years. Appeal against that decision Busch in July 2009, the highest Swiss instance, the Swiss Federal Court, an appeal. Based on the complaint, the lock was suspended. On November 6, 2009, the complaint was upheld. With the verdict of 18 December 2009 Busch was finally acquitted. On 23 February 2011 it was announced that the first 26 -year-old Busch has resigned from the national team. DEB sporting director Reindl said that bush with the reporting regulations of the NADA would not cope and am wary of another error.
