Florianópolis ( pet name Floripa ) is the capital of the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. The main part of the city ( 97.3 %) with the city center is on the completely to the city ( Municipio ) belonging Ilha de Santa Catarina.

Naming of the city

Road
