Florina Pană

Florina Pană ( born January 20, 1973 in Bucharest ) is a former Romanian long-distance runner.

In 1998, she was Romanian Champion in the marathon.

The following year, she won the Bordeaex Marathon and the Vienna City Marathon, was third in the 25 km from Berlin and Romanian champion over 10,000 meters and the marathon came the World Athletics Championships in 1999 in Seville on the 13th Place.

In December 1999 it was announced that she had tested positive for an anabolic steroid at a training control before the World Half Marathon Championships in Palermo. Her fourth place finish at the World Half Marathon Championships was her then just stripped like winning the Istanbul Marathon shortly thereafter.
