Flume (musician)

Flume (* November 5, 1991 in Sydney) is the pseudonym of Australian electro-house DJs and music producers Harley Streten from Manly, Sydney.

Life

Flume began its own account after the age of 13 years with the production of beats after he discovered a music program as a supplement to a cereal box. His debut Extended Play Sleepless appeared in 2011 on Future Classics. A remix of the song Zimbabwe by New Navy aired on Pedestrian.tv and was used in a clip of the music video show Rage. In 2012 he played a tour of Australia and at various festivals in Australia. In November 2012, the debut album Flume followed, reached # 1 on the Australian album charts.

The ARIA Awards the following year Flume was with four awards the most successful artist. He got next to the newcomer award and the award for Best Male Artist and Producer of the Year, Album Flume was honored as the best dance album.
