Fly on the Wings of Love ( German about: Fly on the Wings of Love) is an English song of the Danish group Olsen Brothers from 2000, it is the winner title of the Euro Vision Song Contest 2000 in Stockholm and gave so Denmark the second victory. 1963rd Fly on the Wings of Love was written by Jørgen Olsen, one of the two brothers.
History
On 19 February 2000, the brothers qualified in the Danish qualifying round with 58 points for participating in the 45th Euro Vision Song Contest in Sweden. At that time, the group sang within the preliminary decision, their winning song in Danish. Later, the song has been translated into English. In the final of the Grand Prix they secured with 195 points the first place. Overall, the Olsen Brothers received from all countries points. Exception was Croatia and Macedonia.
