FM Static

FM Static is a Christian pop rock band from Toronto (Ontario, Canada).

The band is a side project by Thousand Foot Krutch frontman Trevor McNevan and drummer Steve Augustine. They released their first album in 2003 (What are you waiting for? ), Which has now sold over 60,000 times, on the Christian label Tooth & Nail Records. On August 1, the second album followed in 2006, Critically Ashamed. Former members of the band Justin ( bass) and brothers Jeremy Smith ( guitar) and John Bunner were (guitar), who got out after the first few shows. Because to play continued well into the Smith brothers after the second album, they went on tour with Critically Ashamed not. FM Static have been nominated for the GMA Canada Covenant Awards and are represented with their song Crazy Mary on one of their compilations. On the fifth day of April 2011, the band released their fourth studio album My Brain Says Stop, but My Heart Says Go! publish, from the 2 songs are already known. First the band had put the whole album even as a stream to the Internet. The prerequisite for this was the agreement to receive a newsletter via e-mail and post with a Twitter account advertising.
