Folding seat

A folding seat is a seat for people, which is folded away when not in use, so as to create more space for other needs, such as standing room or another ( eg in trains as a parking for wheelchairs, prams, bicycles, etc.).

It mostly concerns with folding seats temporary seats.

Use

Folding seats in

  • Buildings (eg stadiums, arenas, theaters, cinemas, auditoriums, churches ( choir stalls ), broadcasting studios, lifts, showers, etc. ) or in

Demarcation

The folding seat is different from the deck chair by the fixed attachment of the folding seat to a wall or a floor. The folding chair is freestanding and can be moved individually without solution of glands.
