Foo Fighters is the debut album of the same band Foo Fighters. It was recorded in Seattle in October 1994 by Dave Grohl, with his friend and producer Barrett Jones at Robert Lang's Studio. Grohl wrote all the songs on the album itself, many during his time in Nirvana. Only after the recordings were completed for the album, Dave Grohl went looking for a suitable band to promote the album.
