Figo

The Ford Figo is a small car, the Ford produced since 2010 in Chennai, India and sold in its home market in other emerging countries such as South Africa. In Mexico, the Figo is offered as Ikon Hatchback. 2011, the Figo was voted Car of the Year in India and South Africa.

Model history

The Figo was unveiled in New Delhi in September 2009. The sales in the domestic market began in March 2010 and already in July 2010, 25,000 copies were sold. 15 months after launch 100,000 copies were sold in India.

Design
