Ford LTD (Americas)
Ford LTD was the name of various different markets in different forms of offered models of the Ford Motor Company. Primarily, these were at an offered from model year 1965 version of the large ( full-size ) U.S. Ford models, for which the term LTD to 1991 remained in use. With Ford LTD II 1977 to 1979 the successor to the Ford Torino was referred to in the model years. For the model year 1983 appeared under the name Ford LTD, a variant of the middle class model Ford Fairmont; from this time was the previous large LTD officially LTD Crown Victoria.
In Australia, Ford produced 1973-2007 a private LTD on the basis of local Ford Falcon as a top model and competitors of the Holden Statesman.
In Brazil, Ford offered from 1968 to 1983 to a LTD, which was based on the Ford Galaxy in 1966.

Ford Galaxie 500 LTD Hardtop (1966 )
