Forlimpopoli
Forlimpopoli is a municipality with 13,160 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2012) in the province of Forlì -Cesena in the Italian region Emilia -Romagna.
Monuments
An impressive, well-preserved castle from the 16th century in the town center. It is home to local government, the Archaeological Museum, a theater and the music school.
School of Music
The " Scuola di Musica di Popololare Forlimpopoli " was founded by the congregation and is now an association supported by the faculty and students. The Music Lesson has been a focus in the maintenance of traditional folk music from the region. The music school has a national significance. In cooperation with the Academy Fuersteneck castle in Germany and the Eric Sahlström Institutet in Sweden, the music school has developed the " European nyckelharpa training ".

Sons and daughters of the town
- Marco Uccellini, (1610 - 1680), violinist, conductor and composer of the Baroque
- Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911) authored one of the earliest cookbooks " La cucina e l' arte scienza in mangiar di bene", published in Forlimpopoli, 1820. A small museum is dedicated to Pellegrino Artusi.
