Fort Morgan is a city in Morgan County in the U.S. state of Colorado, and its county seat. It is administered as a Home Rule Municipality in 2010 and had approximately 11,300 inhabitants.

The California Zephyr, operated by Amtrak, a long-distance train daily between Chicago and Emeryville stops here in both directions.
