Fort of Planoise

The Fort de Planoise, also known as Fort Moncey, was built in 1877-1892. It is part of the actual walls around the city of Besancon in eastern France in the region of Franche -Comté. The fort is one of a chain of rings fortress on the type of iron barrier, also called " Système Séré de Rivières " means.
