Fortunatus Hueber

Fortunatus Hueber (* November 21, 1639 in Neustadt an der Donau, † February 12, 1706 in Munich) was a German Franciscan ( OFM), historian and theologian.

He joined in 1654 the Franciscan Order and was preacher in 1671 in Freising, later he became Provincial General and General editor. In his capacity as Commissioner-General, he traveled to the Bohemian, Hungarian and Tyrolean province. When Prince Bishop Josef Clemens in Cologne, he worked as a personal advisor.
