Forum 66 ( Another project name Hang Lung Plaza ) is a properties under construction freeze building complex in Shenyang, China.

The construction project was presented to the public in 2007. The client is the real estate company Hang Lung Properties. For the planning of the complex, the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox was commissioned before 2008, incorporating the work started, but adjusted for economic reasons in early 2013. The completion was scheduled for 2013, but is since the construction was halted before any new date. The complex will consist of two connected high-rise buildings, which will reach a height of 384 meters and 351 meters. With 384 meters, the first building will be the tallest of the city, and one of the highest in China. Offices will be built exclusively on the 76 floors of the building.
