Forward Tyrol

Forward Tirol is a political party in Austria. In the regional elections on 28 April 2013, the party won 9.3% and 4 seats in the Tyrolean Landtag.

Principle

Forward Tirol describes himself as the only alternative civil and wants to concentrate off again on a more participatory, efficient and solution-oriented policy in Tirol property of partisan and ideological constraints. It is not the party affiliation of the politicians are in the foreground, but their expertise and their focus on solutions to major policy issues and factual issues. This means that the concerns of the citizens should be again clearly visible and audible.

History and Formation

The new list of " forward Tirol" was presented on January 16, 2013, after it has been speculated for a long time in advance of the possibility of the re-establishment of such a civil list. The current Mayor of Innsbruck, Christine Oppitz - Plörer was involved in addition to the previous ÖVP politician Anna Hosp instrumental in the formation. Hans Lindenberger was also heavily involved in the creation of this new list, and at the same time was also the leading candidate of that party.

This fact should indicate that the party newly formed basically want to move differently when it comes to party membership and to politically clear direction, Hans Lindenberger was still working for the Social Democratic Party in Parliament and even as a Councillor in the government of the state government van Staa II.

Anna Hosp was also the provincial government under the state government van Staa II, but resigned after the state elections in 2008 left the government and joined the private sector. Your return to politics could thus be seen as a kind of " comeback " and also as a clear position against the People's Party, which currently is under the command of Günther Platter.

Immediately after the state election, there were large differences within the party over the leadership in the party. This resulted in public slurs between Hans Lindenberger on one side and Anna Hosp on the other side. Innsbruck's mayor withdrew after the election from all executive positions and remained simple party member.

Structure of the party

The Board of forward Tyrol has resigned closed on 8 July 2013. Hans Lindenberger had previously also held the post of Chairman of the Board in addition to the role as the leading candidate on the state list. The vice-chairmen were up to the election of board members on July 19, 2013 Maria Twelve, Josef Schett and Andrea Krumschnabel.

At the height of the clashes a general meeting of forward Tyrol took place on 19 July 2013, and there was a new party chairman Dr. Anna Hosp selected.

The retired chairman Hans Lindenberger did not accept this decision and Anna Hosp has sued in this regard. In the first day statute on October 28, 2013 all of plaintiff's claim of Hans Lindenberger were rejected in the first instance or annulled.
