Foshan (Chinese佛山 市, Pinyin shì Foshan, Buddha Mountain ', rarely also: Fatshan Cantonese ) is a prefecture -level city in Guangdong Province, China. It is located in the Pearl River Delta, only about 20 miles from Guangdong city of Guangzhou.

Geography
