The Fosshaugane campus is a football stadium in the Norwegian town Sogndalsfjøra, Sogndal municipality in Sogn og Fjordane Fylke. It is the home of the football club Sogndal Fotball. The stadium is adjacent to the University Høgskulen i Sogn og Fjordane and secondary schools. By mid-2006 was built on the basis of the old stadium, built with 4,500 seats and 1926, the new building. Currently, the venue has three new grandstands with seats; the grandstand and two Located behind. The unused backstretch Bjørkesida is a narrow, uncovered Admission Rank of wood. This dilapidated rank should be replaced by a modern building. The plans for the new grandstand had to put on hold the club due to financial problems. In December 2010, the Fylke Sogn og Fjordane after negotiations decided to take over the construction of the grandstand. It is assumed that costs of approximately 13.75 million NOK. The club will then rent the whistle. Completion is targeted for summer 2011.
