Fouad Abiad

Fouad " Hoss " Abiad (* October 15, 1978 in Windsor, Canada ) is a Canadian professional bodybuilder. He has Lebanese ancestry and belongs to the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness at the Canadian federation.

Life and career

Abiad began with 21 years to train. He made it so far three times on the cover of Flex. He was sponsored from 2008 to 2011 by Team Muscletech, from 2012 by Scitec Nutrition.

The annual championship for aspiring professionals in Ontario is named Fouad Abiad Open as after him.

At the Mr. Olympia competition, he previously participated twice (2008 and 2012 ).

At the Arnold Classic 2011 Abiad caused a stir by not came on stage as he was called. In retrospect, it was announced that he had already gone home. Then he apologized via Twitter and Facebook with his sponsors and his fans. As a reason not to act, he claimed to have made mistakes in the preparation. Among other things, he had " sold out " when shopping and bought an over salted meat, in addition its preparation from an injury at the adductor was adversely affected. In the 2013 Arnold Classic he again reached a disappointing 10th place, who is responsible for this, he saw the contest judges.
