Fourth government of Israel

The Cabinet David Ben- Gurion IV (Hebrew ממשלת ישראל הרביעית ) was formed under the leadership of David Ben- Gurion on 24 December 1952. It was the second coalition government during the legislative period of the Second Knesset. The coalition government was composed of members of the parties: Mifleget Poale Eretz Israel, HaPo'el haMisrachi, Intellectual Center, General Zionists, Progressive Party and the three Arab parties represented Israelis: Reshima Demokratit LeAravei Yisrael, Kidma VeAvoda and Hakla'ut VePituah. The government consisted of seventeen ministers, two ministers without portfolio.

The government disbanded after the resignation of David Ben- Gurion on December 6, 1953.
