The Fourth Kurilenstraße (Russian Четвёртый курильский пролив; Tschetwjorty Kurilski proliw ) is a strait in the northern Kuril Islands. It separates the two islands Onekotan and Paramushir. Its width is 43 km. It connects the Sea of ​​Okhotsk to the Pacific Ocean.
