Framingham is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. She has on an area of 68.5 km ² 68 318 inhabitants ( 2010) and is located west of Boston, east of Worcester.

The city was known by the Framingham study of heart and circulatory diseases. Also located in Framingham, the Sudbury Valley School.
