Francesco Gavazzi

Francesco Gavazzi (born 1 August 1984) is an Italian racing cyclist.

Francesco Gavazzi has already won a stage in 2003 at the small Italian tour Giro della Valle d' Aosta. End of the 2005 season he drove in the ProTour team Lampre- Caffita internships, then but got no professional contract. In 2006, he was then at the Baby Giro, Giro d'Italia for U23 riders, successfully won a stage. A little later he was then Italian U23 champion in the road race. For the 2007 season Gavazzi will go for the Italian ProTour team Lampre- Fondital at the start.
