Francesco Paolo Bonifacio

Francesco Paolo Bonifacio ( May 3, 1923 in Castellammare di Stabia, Naples province, † March 14, 1989 in Rome ) was an Italian jurist, professor and politician of the Christian Democracy (DC ), which both judge and President of the Constitutional Court ( Corte costituzionale ) and Minister of Justice of Italy was.

Life

After schooling Bonifacio graduated in law and took after graduation Professor of Public Law and Roman Law at the University of Naples, where he taught until 1963.
