Francesco Pisano

Francesco Pisano ( born April 29, 1986 in Cagliari ) is an Italian footballer who is since 2004 at Cagliari Calcio under contract and playing on the position of right-back.

Playing career

In his youth Pisano played less football, instead he focused on athletics. So it happened that he was appointed to the Italian U -16 100 meters runner and the 100 meters in a time of completed only 10.2 seconds. Due to its great development as a defender he is already been compared by some with Paolo Maldini. In the season 2006/ 07 he was elected behind David Suazo Player of the Year of Cagliari Calcio.
