Francesco Uguccione

Francesco Uguccione ( Hugo Transportation, Hugociano, Aguzzonis ) ( † July 14, 1412 in Florence ) was a Cardinal of the Catholic Church.

Uguccione was Dr. jur. utr. and was in 1378 by Pope Urban VI. appointed Bishop of Faenza. Worked as a legate in Gascony, Aragon, Castile and Navarre, he was archbishop of Benevento in 1383, from where he moved to Bordeaux in France as archbishop on 28 August 1384. Pope Innocent VII appointed him on June 12, 1405 to Cardinal Priest of the titular church of Ss. IV Coronati.

He belonged to the voters of the anti-popes Alexander V. and John XXIII.
