Francisco Algora

Francisco Javier Jiménez Algora (born 7 December 1948 in Madrid ) is a Spanish actor.

Life

Algora was born in the Observatory of the Spanish capital, where his father worked as a janitor. He left school at the age of thirteen years and worked for a movie rental. Thus he came in contact with Juan Antonio Bardem. With many jobs Algora financed his studies in acting; Finally, he debuted on the side of Carlos Lemos. In 1968 he joined the independent theater group Los Goliardos and the Teatro Experimental Independiente, with whom he worked under renowned directors. In 1971 he made ​​his debut in television alongside Miguel Picazo and on the big screen in a film by José María Forqué.
