Francisco Ou

Francisco Hung -lien Ou (Chinese欧 鸿 链/欧 鸿 炼, Pinyin ou HongLian, W.-G. Ou Hung Lien, born January 5, 1940 in Hsinchu, Empire of Japan ) is a Chinese politician.

Ou studied at the National Chengchi University. He was on 20 May 2009 as the successor of James CF Huang Foreign Minister of Taiwan. His successor in that office occurred in September 2009 to Timothy Yang.
