Franco Micalizzi
Franco Micalizzi ( born December 21, 1939 in Rome ) is an Italian film composer.
Life
Micalizzi wrote his first film score of fifty in 1967 and was primarily known for his groovy pieces for Italian police films. He was for many years the master composer for the movies Umberto Lenzis and often worked for Terence Hill / Bud Spencer movies.
In the 1980s he founded the Micalizzi Family Orchestra. In 2003 he was elected to the board of the Società Italiana degli Editori authori ed.
