Frank B. Zoltowski (* 1957) is an Australian amateur astronomer. He discovered more than 200 asteroids.

He leads his search for near-Earth objects from his home in Woomera by using a CCD camera. In 1998 he was awarded the Gene Shoemaker NEO Award for which he developed improved search methods. He also programmed CCDTRACK, a computer program that enables the automatic tracking of electronically controlled telescopes for user-selected objects in the sky.

Zoltowski recognized in May 1999 that the asteroid 1999 AN10 earth come very close, but it would still fall short by at least 37,000 km. The next time the largest perigee is in August 2027.
