Frank Baumann ( born October 29, 1975 in Würzburg ) is a former German football player and current football official.

Career as a player

Frank Baumann was originally a defender, but then switched to defensive midfield.

Association

Born in Würzburg, began in the youth of the local club TSV Grombühl. In 1991 he moved to the youth of the 1st FC Nuremberg, where he began his professional career. In 1999, he joined the SV Werder Bremen, where he ended his active position in 2009, but remained active in the club.

Nuremberg

Baumann began his professional career on 3 October 1994, the seventh round of the second division 1994/95 season, when he was in the starting at home against the SG Wattenscheid 09.
