Frank C. Moore

Frank Charles Moore ( born March 23, 1896 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, † April 23, 1978 in Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida) was an American lawyer and politician.

Career

Frank Charles Moore took in the years 1938 and 1967 as a delegate part in the constituent assemblies of New York. He also worked 1943-1950 as New York State Comptroller. In the gubernatorial election of 1950, he was elected Lieutenant Governor of New York. On September 29, 1953, he resigned from this post to take up the appointment as President of Nelson A. Rockefeller Foundation Government Affairs.

He was buried on the Elmlawn Cemetery in Kenmore (New York).
