Frank Fitzsimmons

Frank Fitzsimmons ( born August 7, 1907 † 6 May 1981) was until his death president of the Transport Workers Union International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

Biography

Fitzsimmons was first Vice President of the " Teamsters " under Jimmy Hoffa and thus Deputy President, when he was imprisoned in 1967.

He was a good friend of Richard Nixon, who in 1968 became U.S. president, and is said to have organized with the help of the Cosa Nostra a million donation for his campaign.
