Frank Hammerschlag
Frank hammer ( born September 28, 1960) is a former German football player.
From the youth of Bayer 05 Uerdingen arise, the defender his football career began at the 1 FC Viersen in the Oberliga Nordrhein before 1982 league rivals FC Bocholt first joined. There he was Niederrhein Cup winner and took over as vice-champion of the league participated in the German amateur championship. In the summer of 1983 he moved into professional football for MSV Duisburg. In the Duisburg relegation 1985/86 season he joined before the winter break, the league rivals Tennis Borussia Berlin, with which he, however, also took a relegation place. Then he moved to SC Fortuna Köln. Frank Hammerschlag graduated in the years 1983 to 1987 a total of 118 games in the 2nd Bundesliga, scoring seven goals. After his return to the amateur camp, he played for the Rheydter game club with which he again league runner-up in 1990 and came from the German Amateur Championship to the final. In 1994 he took over the Rheydter SV also as coach.
