Frank Henenlotter

Frank Henenlotter (* 1950 in New York City, New York ) is a film director of B-movies and critics, film theorists and advertising expert.

Work

Frank Henenlotter sat down at an early age with the theme of the film apart. He made his film debut with the cult horror film Basket Case, to which he, like, the script was written well in all his other films themselves. Although the film flopped at the box office, he acquired through the publication to videotape a certain cult status. After this film Henenlotter turned next two sequels even the movies Elmer and Frankenhooker. After 1992 after Basket Case 3 - The brood had stopped with the films and earned as a film critic, theorist and adman his money, in 2008 he released his new work Bad Biology. In the meantime, he worked at the label Something Weird, in which he dug up old obscure low-budget movies and newly released.
