Frank Plasberg

Frank Plasberg ( born May 18, 1957 in Remscheid ) is a German journalist and television presenter.

Life

Frank Plasberg grew up in the district Wermelskirchener Tente where she gained his first journalistic experience. He sees Wermelskirchen as his home city of origin: In 2003 he said in an issue of Montalk the radio station WDR 2, he was just born in Remscheid, "because Wermelskirchen then had no hospital ."

Plasberg was married to the WDR presenter Angela Maas and the couple have a son and a daughter. He lives since July 2007, along with the TV presenter Anne Gesthuysen. Both were married in August 2012. In January 2011, a son has been born.

Professional career

Already as a student he worked as a freelance journalist for the Rheinische Post, which is laid in Wermelskirchen as Bergische Morgenpost.
