Franklin Graham

William Franklin Graham III (known as Franklin Graham) (* July 14, 1952 in Asheville, North Carolina) is an American evangelical pastor and evangelist. In addition to his missionary preaching evangelistic activity in major events he has served as president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the Christian relief organization Samaritan's Purse. Franklin Graham is the son of internationally famous revival preacher Billy Graham.

Life

Franklin Graham was born the fourth of five children of the couple, Billy and Ruth Graham in Asheville, North Carolina. He attended a private Christian school. After the final examination, he enrolled in 1971 at LeTourneau College in Longview / Texas one. The next stage of his training were the Montreat College and the Appalachian State University, which left a Bachelor of Arts.
